Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or opt for a QR code for printerless drop-off at participating locations.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar durable mailer.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
